   Once their subscription is paid, you earn 25% of each payment for 12 months, and 30% once 10 of your referrals are paying.

What you earn

Payouts

• On monthly plans, a referral’s commission is approved after their second successful payment. If they never make a second payment, the commission on their first is declined.
• On annual plans, we review the commission by hand from 90 days after the annual payment.
• We also review by hand each new partner’s first 5 commissions and any single commission over $50. Every pending commission is approved or declined within 60 days of becoming eligible.
• Approved commissions are paid on NET-30 terms: in the next monthly payout, and no later than the end of the month after approval.
• We send a payout once your approved balance reaches $50; a smaller balance rolls over to the next month. Your first payout also needs at least 2 different paying referrals.
• Whatever the balance, and even before your second paying referral, we pay your whole approved balance in the January payout every year and when you leave the program, as long as your payout and tax details are complete.
• We pay through Stripe: you connect your Stripe account in the partner dashboard, and we cover Stripe’s fee for sending your payout.
• If a payment is refunded or disputed within 180 days, the commission on it is reversed.

The rules, in short

• Disclose that you earn a commission, every time, before or next to your link — and in video, say it and show it on screen.
• No ads on searches for VibeDay or close misspellings, and no paid ads of any kind (search, display, native or social) pointing to your link — except a paid social campaign we've approved in writing, case by case. Commissions from paid-ad clicks are held for review and declined unless the campaign was approved.
• No coupon, cashback or deal sites, and no reviews of VibeDay on review sites or app stores while you're in the program.
• No spam: no unsolicited emails, DMs or comment spam, and no promoting VibeDay by text message or phone. Email only people who opted in to hear from you, sent in your own name with your own unsubscribe link.
• No self-referrals, and no paying, rewarding or sharing your commission with the people you refer.
• Comparisons with other tools are welcome when they're factual. Don't disparage anyone.
• Never imply there's a free plan or a discount. The offer is the free trial — and whenever you mention it, say right next to it that the card is used to verify their account and they're only charged if they don't cancel before the trial ends.
• Use your own presenter and style. If your content shows an AI-generated person, say so.

This is a summary. The VibeDay Affiliate Agreement you accept in the partner dashboard sets out the full terms and wins if anything here reads differently. Breaking these rules can mean reversed commissions or removal from the program.

Frequently asked

Do I need to be a VibeDay customer?

No. But only say you use VibeDay if you really do. If we accept you and you plan a review or demo, ask us about a review account so you can show the product honestly.

Is there a discount code for my audience?

No. The offer is the 7-day free trial every new customer gets (the card is used to verify their account, and they're only charged if they don't cancel before the trial ends). Whenever you mention the trial, say that next to it. Please don't promise a discount, a coupon or a free plan — there isn't one.

How long does a referral last?

60 days from the click. If someone clicks your link and starts their trial within 60 days, they're your referral. If they clicked more than one partner's link, the most recent click gets the credit.

Why didn't a referral show up?

Referrals are tracked with a cookie. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, visitors choose whether to allow marketing cookies, and anyone whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal is opted out. If a visitor declines, we can't record the referral, and you must not ask people to change their privacy settings or track them another way.

What if someone clicks my link on their phone and signs up on their computer?

They still count. On a phone, your link offers “Email me a link”, which sends them a sign-up link for their computer that keeps your referral. Partners can also give people their code: the sign-up form has an optional “Referred by a partner?” field where they can enter it. It only tells us who sent them — it isn’t a discount.

Do clicks from ads count?

Commissions from clicks on paid ads are held for review and declined unless the click came from a paid social campaign we approved in writing. Never bid on VibeDay or its misspellings in search ads, and don't send paid traffic of any other kind (search, display or native) to your link.

What earns commission?

Subscription payments: 25% of each payment a referred customer makes for their first 12 months, on any plan, monthly or annual. An annual plan earns on its first annual payment, not its renewal. One-time credit pack purchases don't earn commission. The trial itself costs the customer nothing, so it earns nothing; commission starts with their first paid payment.

How do I reach 30%?

Once 10 different customers you referred have each made a paid subscription payment, your rate moves to 30% automatically. From then on every payment that still earns commission earns 30%, including future payments from customers you referred earlier. Payments before that stay at 25%, and your rate never steps back down.

What happens if a customer cancels, gets a refund or disputes a charge?

Commission stops when their subscription ends. If a payment is refunded or disputed within 180 days, or turns out to be fraudulent, the commission on that payment is reversed. If it was already paid, we deduct it from your future commissions — we don't ask for it back in cash unless the rules were broken.

Where do I see my clicks, referrals and earnings?

In your partner dashboard, run by our affiliate platform FirstPromoter. We send you the link when we accept you.

Can agencies join?

Yes, for clients who sign up and pay with their own card. Clients you run on your own VibeDay plan aren't referrals, and referring yourself or your own business doesn't earn commission.
