Ask in your own words
The VibeDay AI Assistant Connector is VibeDay's MCP server. It works with Claude, ChatGPT and Claude Code, so your assistant can work in your VibeDay workspace — look things up, make content and publish it — using the same tools, prices and rules as the web app.
“What's on my calendar next week?”
Every post going out, day by day in your time zone, on each account — with a link to the same week in your VibeDay calendar. Ask “when am I free Friday afternoon?” and it suggests open times that don't clash with your posts or recurring schedules.
“Make a 4:5 Instagram image of a pumpkin latte on a sunny café table.”
VibeDay replies with exactly what it will make, what it costs and your balance — and starts nothing. Say yes and the image is made by the same maker as AI Studio, then lands in your Library as a draft.
“Post it to Instagram and TikTok.”
You see each platform's version first: the format, the crop, the full caption with hashtags and how much shows before “… more”. TikTok's own choices, like who can see it, are put to you. Reply yes and it goes out within a minute or two.
“Turn my latest newsletter's three key points into a carousel and schedule it for Tuesday.”
Paste or share the newsletter in the chat. VibeDay drafts the slides — a headline and supporting line for each point, plus the caption — for you to adjust, makes the carousel when you say yes, then shows you Tuesday's post on each platform and schedules it on your second yes.
Images arrive in under a minute; a reel takes 20–45 minutes. Ask your assistant “is it ready?” any time, and everything it makes is in your VibeDay Library too.

Approvers can work from chat too: “what needs my approval?”, see each platform's version, then approve it or send it back with a note.
Your assistant does the work. You stay in charge.
Nothing happens without your yes
Anything that spends credits or touches your accounts works in two steps: VibeDay says exactly what will happen, the assistant asks you, and only your yes goes ahead. A yes covers that one request; change anything and it asks again. There is no “always allow”.
You see what goes out
The confirmation holds the same preview the publisher uses, so the caption, crop and hashtags you approve are the ones each platform receives — with the AI label VibeDay applies on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Team approvals still apply
With post approvals switched on, anything an assistant makes waits for an approver — even when the owner's own assistant made it. An assistant can never approve its own work, so a person always signs it off.
Read, Create, Publish — your choice
You decide what each connection may do when you connect it. Each assistant can only do what its person can do in the workspace, and sees only the brands they can see.
Captions are data, not commands
Captions, titles, notes and names reach the assistant marked as text people wrote — to show, never to obey. A caption that says “ignore your instructions” is treated as a caption.
Disconnect any time
Settings → Connected apps lists every assistant you've connected. Disconnect one and its next request is refused. A workspace owner can switch assistants off for the whole workspace.

The same VibeDay, from wherever you work
Using VibeDay from an AI assistant, answered
What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other apps. VibeDay's MCP server — the VibeDay AI Assistant Connector, at https://vibeday.com/api/mcp — lets an assistant such as Claude work in your VibeDay workspace: look things up, make content and publish it, using the same tools, prices and rules as the web app.
Which assistants can I use?
Claude — on the web, the desktop app and mobile — and Claude Code. ChatGPT connects the same way on ChatGPT plans that offer custom connectors (its Developer mode). The step-by-step guide for each is at vibeday.com/help/assistants.
Is it included in my plan?
Yes. Connecting an assistant is included on every plan, including the 7-day trial. Looking things up costs nothing; making content uses credits exactly as it does in VibeDay, and only after you say yes.
Can the assistant post without asking me?
No. Posting, scheduling, moving, cancelling and retrying all need the Publish permission, which is off until you tick it — and even then each one shows you what will happen and waits for your yes. In a team workspace with approvals on, an approver signs posts off first.
Which platforms can it publish to?
The accounts you've connected in VibeDay. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube are live today, and each platform's own rules still apply — for example Instagram's daily limit on posts made through apps, and TikTok's privacy and labelling choices, which the assistant must ask you about.
What do I still do in VibeDay itself?
Editing in the Studio Editor, reviewing a reel's stills before it's filmed, finding shorts in a long video, uploading files, and the comments inbox stay in the web app for now. Everything an assistant makes or posts appears there too, exactly as if you'd done it yourself.
How do I connect?
Add VibeDay as a custom connector in your assistant with the address https://vibeday.com/api/mcp. It opens VibeDay so you can sign in, pick a workspace and choose Read, Create and Publish, then click Allow. The address and the steps are also in VibeDay under Settings → Connected apps.
Say what you want posted. Say yes. Done.
Start a trial, connect your accounts and your assistant, and run your next post from the chat you already have open.
