VibeDay started because every small brand we know has the same problem: the product is great, the customers are showing up, and the content engine is the bottleneck. Founders spend Sundays writing captions. Marketers context-switch between three different tools to publish one post. AI tools that promised to help end up costing as much time as they save because the output never sounds quite right.

We wanted a tool that did the boring work — caption variations per platform, image generation that looks on-brand, scheduled posting across IG / FB / TikTok — without the bait-and-switch of yet another social manager that needs a 40-page onboarding doc.

So we built VibeDay to be three things at once: a topic pipeline that stays full, an AI generator that knows your voice, and an automated publisher that doesn't lie about whether the post actually shipped. Everything else (multi-brand, team seats, iterations, retries, audit logs) follows from getting those three right.

How the AI works

We pick best-in-class AI model providers for each medium — text, image, and video — and route across multiple providers with automatic failover. If one goes down, another takes over. You don't notice.

We don't fine-tune models on customer content. We don't share data between workspaces. Your brand voice is yours; the AI reads it at generation time and forgets it after.
